This mango green smoothie is a delicious way to get your greens! Using frozen fruit eliminates the need for ice, leaving you with a creamier smoothie.

Ingredients:

½ cup frozen mango

½ banana

1 cup spinach, packed

⅓ cup pineapple juice

 

Directions

  1. Set up your Vidiem Mixer-Grinder by placing the plastic 1-liter jar onto the motor base.
  2. Add the mango, banana, spinach, and juice to the jar and secure the lid.
  3. Pulse 2-3 times, then blend on speed 1 until smooth.

Yield: About 1 ½ cups
