This easy vinaigrette is a delicious dressing to use on a variety of salads. It is also easily customizable––you can add herbs, different sweeteners, and other flavoring ingredients to give it an extra boost!



½ cup olive oil

¼ cup lemon juice

1 Tbsp mustard

1 Tbsp honey

Pinch of salt



  1. Set up your Vidiem Mixer-Grinder by placing the chutney jar onto the motor base.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the jar and secure the lid. .
  3. Blend on speed 1 for about 10 seconds.
  4. Transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator

Yield: About ¾ cup

Storage Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks


Add garlic, herbs, or any other extra flavoring ingredients

Try maple syrup instead of honey
