This strawberry and mango smoothie is delicious and so easy to make! Full of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, it’s a refreshing and healthy treat for any time of day. This version uses oat milk, but you can substitute any milk you like.

 

Ingredients:

¾ cup frozen strawberries and mango

½ banana

½ cup ice cubes

⅓ cup oat milk

 

Directions

  1. Set up your Vidiem Mixer-Grinder by placing the plastic 1-liter jar onto the motor base.
  2. Add the frozen fruit, banana, ice, and milk to the jar and secure the lid.
  3. Pulse 2-3 times, then blend on speed 1 until smooth.

Yield: About 1 ½ cups
